Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
From Consumers (People Requesting Services)
When you submit a service request, we collect: name, phone number, email address, service address, service request details, date/time of submission, and IP address.
From Subscribers (Service Provider Businesses)
When a business subscribes to FullPipe Exchange, we collect: business name, contact name, email, phone, billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers), service territory, and lead purchase history.
Automatically Collected Information
When you visit fullpipe.io, we automatically collect usage data (pages viewed, time on site, browser type, device type) and cookies for site functionality and Google Analytics. See Section 7 for more detail.
2. How We Use Your Information
Consumer information is used to match your service request to a qualified local service provider, deliver your lead to a subscriber (see Section 3), communicate about your request when necessary, and prevent fraud. Subscriber information is used to manage accounts, deliver lead notifications, process payments, and communicate about your subscription.
3. How We Share Your Information
Lead Transfer to Subscribers — Core Business Function
When a subscriber purchases your lead through FullPipe Exchange, we transfer your contact information (name, phone, email, address, and service request details) to that subscriber — a local service business that will contact you about your request.
- Each lead is transferred to one subscriber only (exclusive)
- Subscribers are contractually prohibited from selling or sharing your data with third parties
- We do not transfer your information until a purchase is made
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), this transfer of personal information in exchange for payment constitutes a "sale" of personal information. California residents have the right to opt out. See Section 6.
Service Providers
We share information with third-party providers that help us operate our platform: Cloudflare (hosting/security), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), Clerk (authentication), and Google Analytics (traffic analysis). These providers may only use your information to provide services to FullPipe.
Legal Requirements & Business Transfers
We may disclose information as required by law. If FullPipe is acquired or its assets transferred, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction with prior notice.
4. Data Retention
- Consumer lead data: 12 months from submission date, then deleted or anonymized
- Subscriber account data: 24 months following account cancellation
- Analytics data: Per Google Analytics standard retention (up to 26 months)
5. Your Choices
Opting Out of Lead Sale
If you have submitted a service request and wish to opt out before your lead is purchased, contact us at donotsell@fullpipe.io or support@fullpipe.io. We will mark your record as opted out and will not sell your lead. If your lead has already been transferred before we receive your request, we cannot undo that transfer, but we will ensure your information is not offered to additional subscribers.
Email Communications
You may unsubscribe from FullPipe emails using the link in any email. This does not prevent your lead from being shared with a subscriber per our normal business operations.
6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
This section applies to California residents.
Right to Know
You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, our business purposes, and any third parties with whom we share it. Contact us at support@fullpipe.io with subject line "CCPA Right to Know Request."
Right to Delete
You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention exceptions. Contact support@fullpipe.io with subject line "CCPA Deletion Request."
Right to Opt Out of Sale
FullPipe sells personal information as part of its core business model. When we transfer your contact information to a subscriber in exchange for payment, this constitutes a "sale" under California law. You have the right to opt out at any time.
To opt out: Email donotsell@fullpipe.io with your name and the contact information you used when submitting a service request. We will process your request within 45 days.
Timing note: If your lead has already been transferred before we receive your opt-out, we cannot undo that transfer. We will flag your record so your information is not offered to additional subscribers.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide different quality of service because you exercised your privacy rights.

7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for site functionality and Google Analytics cookies for traffic analysis. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels.
8. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe, and limited access controls on lead data. No transmission or storage method is 100% secure. In the event of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
9. Children's Privacy
FullPipe's services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. Contact support@fullpipe.io if you believe we have inadvertently done so.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
