FullPipe ("we," "us," or "our") operates fullpipe.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

From lead capture forms: Name, email, phone, address, service request details, and IP address.

From subscriber sign-ups: Name, company, email, phone, territory preferences, and payment information (processed via Stripe — we never store card numbers).

From website visitors: Analytics data via Google Analytics (page views, session info). No PII collected from general browsing unless a form is submitted.

2. How We Use Your Information

Lead contact information is used to connect you with a qualified local service provider. Subscriber information is used to manage your account, notify you of available leads, and process payments. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

3. Lead Data — How It Is Shared

When you submit a service request, your contact information is shared with one qualified local service provider who has purchased exclusive rights to your lead. Your information is not shared with additional providers for a minimum of 45 days.

4. Data Retention

Lead contact data is retained for 12 months. Subscriber data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus 24 months. Payment records are retained as required by law. You may request deletion by emailing hello@fullpipe.io.

5. Cookies

We use Google Analytics (anonymized) and essential cookies for site functionality. You may opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

6. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, limited data access controls, and Stripe's PCI-compliant payment processing. No security method is 100% guaranteed.

7. Your Rights
