How FullPipe Works
FullPipe is a lead generation platform for local service businesses. We generate inbound service requests through our marketing, verify each one, and deliver them to subscribers in their territory. Each lead goes to one buyer only.
We run targeted marketing campaigns that drive people who need services to our intake forms. When someone submits a request, we verify the information and make it available to subscribers in the matching territory.
Every lead is reviewed before it reaches your portal. We check for valid contact information, genuine service intent, and proper location data. Leads that do not meet our standards are filtered out before you ever see them.
Yes. You can see the general location, service type, and other non-contact details before purchasing. Full contact information is revealed after you buy the lead.
Absolutely. You only pay when you choose to purchase a lead. If a lead does not look like a good fit, skip it.
Lead Quality
You have 48 hours to dispute a lead after purchase. If the contact info is invalid, the lead is clearly out of your service area, or the request does not match what was described, we issue a credit. Credits apply to future lead purchases.
An abandoned lead is a service request where someone started filling out our intake form but did not complete all the fields. We capture the partial information they provided (typically name, phone, and general location) and tag them as abandoned. These leads may have less detail than fully completed submissions and are priced accordingly.
It depends on the lead. Fully completed submissions include contact details, service type, location, and any specifics the prospect provided. Abandoned leads may only include a name, phone number, and ZIP code. You can see the level of detail before purchasing.
Pricing & Billing
Lead prices vary by industry and detail level. You can see the price of each lead before purchasing. There is no obligation to buy any particular lead.
Yes. There is a monthly territory subscription fee that gives you access to leads in your area. The fee varies by industry. On top of that, you pay per lead when you choose to purchase one. You can cancel your subscription anytime with no long-term contract.
Your monthly territory fee is billed automatically via Stripe. Lead purchases are charged at the time of purchase, also through Stripe. You get email receipts for every transaction and can view your full billing history in the subscriber portal.
Yes, anytime. You can cancel directly from your subscriber portal. Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. No cancellation fees.
Getting Started
Visit app.fullpipe.io to create an account. You will choose your industry, set up your territory, and subscribe. Once active, you will start seeing leads in your portal.
We currently serve the Charlotte, NC metro area. We are expanding to new markets based on demand from local service businesses. Visit our service area page for details.
Yes. Each territory is a separate monthly subscription. You can manage your territories from your subscriber profile.
