Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of FullPipe's website and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

FullPipe Exchange — An inbound lead marketplace. Subscribers purchase exclusive access to verified service leads. FullPipe Outbound — A lead list service delivering verified prospect lists for outreach campaigns.

2. Lead Exclusivity (Exchange)

Leads are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Purchase is final. Each lead is exclusive to one buyer for 45 days. You may not share, resell, or transfer purchased leads to third parties.

3. Lead Quality & Credits

Exchange leads that fail our quality standards may be disputed within 72 hours of delivery. Valid disputes receive account credits — no cash refunds. Quality standards: real contact info, verified service intent, within your territory, not a duplicate.

4. Payment

All fees are in USD. Subscription fees billed monthly. Lead purchases charged at time of purchase. Failed payments result in service suspension. All sales are final except as noted above.

5. Pricing Changes

FullPipe may change pricing with 30 days written notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use FullPipe to harass or defraud lead contacts, violate CAN-SPAM or TCPA, or use lead data for any purpose other than the stated service opportunity. Violations may result in immediate termination.

7. Disclaimers

FullPipe does not guarantee minimum lead volume or conversion rates. Services are provided "as-is."

8. Limitation of Liability

FullPipe's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 30 days preceding any claim. FullPipe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by North Carolina law. Disputes resolved in Mecklenburg County, NC.
